PASTORAL CARE TEAM

Spiritual caring for each other as a faith community is a major aspect of our church family as we follow Jesus’ direction to love one another as He loves us (John 13:34-35). There are many opportunities for putting into action that love throughout our congregation.

The Pastoral Care Team, as one such program, assists our pastor in supporting those members experiencing special needs and difficult times in their lives such as in illness and death. We also make spiritual caring connections to homebound church members (in their home, hospital, nursing/rehabilitation centers).

Our caring ministry at First Presbyterian is vibrant and growing. It’s an exciting time to be part of such a loving church community. Come join us and find out for yourself!
